What is MVA Direct Feedback?

The MBUX Voice Assistant (MVA) Direct Feedback enhances the MBUX experience by enabling direct customer feedback and real-world usage insights to continuously improve vehicle features. This Beta allows customers to actively participate in shaping the future of in-car experiences by sharing feedback, reporting issues, and providing suggestions through the Mercedes Virtual Assistant with natural interactions. Customers can seamlessly engage with the system, enabling a more user-centered development approach and faster iteration of features based on real usage patterns.

What are the requirements to participate in MVA Direct Feedback?

The MBUX Voice Assistant Direct Feedback Beta must be activated via the Mercedes-Benz app.
The service MBUX Voice Assistant must be activated.
Eligible vehicles: 2026 CLA EV, 2025 C-Class, 2025 GLC, 2023 or newer E-Class, 2023 or newer CLE.
